Sales and Service

Our sales force consists of well-trained courteous representatives in both the areas of computer components and peripherals, as well as Notebooks and accessories. Every sales rep is fluent in at least two languages, including English, Spanish and Portuguese. Additionally, each sales rep has a specialized knowledge of the conditions and needs unique to their customers. Our reps go through frequent and intense in-house training programs, and attend vendor-sponsored product seminars throughout the world. This keeps our sale reps up to date on innovations and enables them to provide cutting-edge, customized solutions to our customers.

We ensure that every customer, regardless of their company size, is always able to communicate directly with upper management as well as the owner herself.

Notebooks and Accessories

Because of our flexibility to meet our customer’s needs and market demands, our Notebook sales have grown tremendously in the past five years, making us one of the leading Notebook distributors. Our Notebook department is authorized to sell BenQ, Acer, Toshiba, Hewlett Packard, ECS, Averatec, and now Apple. Every sales rep at Micro Informatica is knowledgeable in the sale and market of Notebooks, but we also have a specialized department that works one-on-one with our customers to ensure that they are getting the best Notebook for their needs. Our Notebook specialists will work personally with our customers to customize their Notebooks. We make sure that the brands we carry are always in stock to guarantee the best price possible for our customers in today’s competitive market. We assure our customers that they will always find the specific Notebook and price that they are looking for. Also, our Notebook department is an Authorized Service Center for Toshiba, ECS & BenQ. With this capability, we carry service directly to our customers and speed up the turnover time for repair.

Manufacturing in Brazil

The distribution through Micro Informatica is FOB Miami. Hence, our customers in Brazil expressed their concerns to our President their increasing need for purchasing motherboards made in Brazil due to the tax incentives. With the stable Brazilian economic situation over the last couple of years, our founder saw an opportunity to provide a solution to the Brazilian SI and Distribution channel by investing in a motherboard factory, Philtronics, located in Manaus, Brazil (www.phitronics.com.br). Since Micro Informatica has had a solid relationship with ECS Elitegroup for the last 18 years in distribution, ECS has committed to provide their technology to Philtronics. After one year of careful planning and with the support of ECS, we are confident that we are entering the market with a very strong product line and position. By starting the production of motherboards at Philtronics, Micro Informatica has taken the most important step for our development into the Brazilian market. The establishment of our cutting-edge technology production plant in Manaus shows Micro Informatica’s strong commitment and strength to the Latin America market. The same energy and passion that we had when the company was founded has lived through all these 21 years, and will continue to drive us as we work even harder to bring you commercial conveniences for years to come. Phitronics, driving the new PC era.

Low Prices

In order to maintain our high customer satisfaction rate, our company makes the effort to always offer extremely competitive pricing. Our company constantly studies the market for the most appealing and demanded products. Further, we make sure that we maintain a strong relationship with our manufacturers by ordering in massive volumes. As a result, we are able to offer better services, pricing, and product availability. We pride ourselves on our efficiency, operating with dramatically less overhead than the standard for our industry, at our Florida location, as well as at our new motherboard factory in Brazil. We make the highest possible effort to turn our inventory as quickly as possible, at least five times a month, so that we can assure that our prices are down to the bare minimum.
